Протягом минулої доби різких змін у гідрологічному режимі річок не спостерігалось. Продовжувалось повільне підвищення рівнів води на Десні нижче Розльот та Сеймі на 1-3 см за добу, на окремих ділянках рівні залишалися без змін. На зарегульованих ділянках Південного Бугу, його притоки р. Ятрань, р. Случ (притока Прип'яті), Тясмин (притока Середнього Дніпра) добова зміна рівнів води становила 0,1-0,5 м, без негативних наслідків.
На решті річок країни утримувався режим осінньої межені, рівні води коливались в межах 1-7 см за добу з переважанням спаду та збереженням їх без змін на багатьох ділянках річок.
